My boyfriend and I stayed in the hotel in May and we are very satisfied with our choice. The facility was perfect and the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and well lit with a very comfortable bed. The only thing we didn't appreciate a lot was the location - it's a bit remote but public transport in Madrid is really efficient so it isn't a big problem and in return the hotel is located near the airport. Furthermore a shuttle service is provided so you can easily reach the airport and vice versa.

Amazing facility! Staff were lovely and really cared about customer service. The rooms were very comfortable and very quiet! During our travel in Spain one issue we had often was the lack of sound insulation, so it was a joy to have a peaceful night without being woken up. I picked this hotel for our last evening in Spain before flying home. The convenience of the location adjacent to the airport was great with a regular scheduled shuttle bus to the terminals.

The front-desk staff were helpful in providing useful guidance on how to travel to City Centre. All was good and I would definitely recommend this for individuals who want to visit Madrid.

Free hotel shuttle to the airport was very convenient but only available about once an hour. The hotel is very large, and very modern and easily meets most tourist traveler needs.
